My favorite song and music list

I was a teenager at the 1970s and listened a lot to Disco music, I still like that music. But there are also a lot of other songs and music that I like. I have collected a few of them here. I have chosen them from YouTube so you can see the artists also and added some information about the artists or band.

They are in random order. After you started the video you can get it in full screen by clicking the square button in lower right corner.

One of my absolute favorites is Summertime with Louis Armstrong and Ella Fitzgerald. This is a relative late favorite for me, 30 years after the teenage period.

Info about these artists:

Another top favorite song is Chaplin's Smile, this song is performed by Nat King Cole.

Info about these artists:

Shallow with Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper. Lady Gaga has produced a lot of songs that I like, Poker Face, Telephone etc.

Info about these artists:

The song Fever has been performed by many artist, one of them is Peggy Lee. First time I heard this song was with the disco group Boney M.

Info about the artist:

Paranoid with Black Sabbath. In the 1969 my family moved to a new house and I got new friends, one of them was Robert. We did a lot of fun things together, one thing was that he didn't listen to music that I was familiar with. He had LPs of David Bowie, Status Q and then there was something very strange as Black Sabbath. I got new music interest and still after 45 years enjoy to listen to them.

Info about the band Black Sabbath:

Hit the road Jack ! With Ray Charles.

Info about the artist:

Steamy Windows with Tina Turner. Grandma of Rock, her comeback in the 1980s was fabulous.

Info about the artist:

Rick Wakeman and the album 1984. There was a boring day and I got to the music store and ask for something different, he suggested Rick Wakeman, never heard about him before. One of the songs was Robot man performed by the artist Chaka Khan.

Info about these artists:

It's A Man's Man's Man's World. This is from a concert with James Brown and Luciano Pavarotti.

Private investigations with Dire Straits, listen a lot to this song when doing the military duty in the early 1980s.
