This open cluster sit inside the Rosette Nebula.
The nebulosity from the nebula is impossible to se from light polluted environment but the open cluster is visible.
The size of the nebula is 80' and the open cluster 24', the Moon is 30' as a comparison.
This night was cold, -9o C, the coldest I have tested the equipment at is -15o C. |
